Order cancellations:We are unable to cancel orders once they have started to be processed. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 5 hours of placing it. Order tracking:Once your order is shipped and our database is updated with the online tracking number, we will send you an email containing the tracking information. How do I initiate a return?
